Janet delivered a talk last week on the theme of creative collaboration at Creative Leicestershire's PechaKucha. If you've not come across PechaKucha before it's a brilliant format - you show 20 slides for 20 seconds each, and the images advance automatically as you talk along to them. It's a sure fire way to keep talks short and lively and to ensure that they grab the audience's attention.
Janet talked about The Refectory Table, our Secret Craft Fairs, and Cheap Thrills! Zero Budget Film Festival. Covering the collaborations that created them, and collaborations that have emerged as a result - either with us, or between people that she has brought together.
Creative Leicestershire held the event at LCB Depot - a hub for creatives in the middle of the cultural quarter. A number of creative organisations across the UK run PeckaKucha events. Find out more about PechaKucha here
