A warm welcome, coffee and pastries around a big oak refectory table, a meeting of minds, lots of fresh thinking, lovely home cooked food (designed around your dietary preferences), a chance to learn new things with the guidance of really experienced professionals, tailor made training materials, a book, a CD and a head full of ideas to take home. And some good new friends and a promise of support should it be necessary. Not your average training day...
Late last year we decided to do things differently. We decided to open up our home to small groups of creative individuals who wanted a different sort of learning experience. We have now created a unique training environment for artists, makers and creative businesses based on well-crafted content, a warm welcome, and the chance to bond and build great relationships around the deeply social combination of the meeting of minds and good food.
We are planning our next set of courses and other creative events.
Here are some pictures and comments from our courses Tell Your Story – Sell your work’ and ‘Internet Strategy’ –
Really refreshing mode of delivery, sociable, with a personal touch yet still totally professional'
‘It’s not about just selling a product as an artist – it is “telling a story” and this course enables you with the tools to do that.'
